Storage: handle IndexedDB onblocked when another tab holds the database

When a storage upgrade is needed while another tab still has the
database open, indexedDB.open() fires "blocked" and never resolves, so
the app froze on "Migrating your storage". Tell the user to close the
other tabs and reject instead of hanging silently.

SMTP: wrap MAIL FROM / RCPT TO addresses in <> (RFC 5321)

RFC 5321 requires the reverse-path and forward-path in angle brackets
("MAIL FROM:<addr>"). Postfix tolerates the bare form, but stricter
servers such as Mox reject it with "501 5.5.2 bad syntax".

IMAP: accept greetings without "ready" (Mox and others)

The greeting check required the word "ready", which Dovecot sends but
servers such as Mox do not ("* OK [CAPABILITY ...] mox imap"). The client
then waited forever on "Connecting...". Any "* OK" greeting is valid
per RFC 9051.
